The Waste Screening Machine

The Muckraker is a wastewater vibratory screener. Trucks unload into the feed box. A vibrating basket holds trash larger than 3/16 inch. An auger compacts what it catches, the liquid returns to the tank, and city pads, plants, and private sites run the same machine.

How the Vibratory Screen Runs

This is an automated screening solution. Dual motors vibrate the basket. The auger moves, compresses, and dries the solids. That replaces two-hour rake work at the bar screen.

Industrial Waste Screening Equipment

This industrial waste screening equipment takes septage, blackwater, greywater, and factory wastewater, up to 400 gallons per minute. It is a stainless screen, not a full treatment plant. After setup it plugs into a single-phase 240V RV outlet, a NEMA 14-50R. You skip the three-phase 480V service many electric stations need.

One 3/16 Inch Cut

Setup

From unload to the first truck dumping is about an hour. A forklift or telehandler sets the unit on a prepared pad, the auger assembly slides into its receivers and friction locks, four travel locks are removed, the hood safety switch goes on, and the unit plugs into a 240V NEMA 14-50R receptacle. Why it matters

For haulers. Trucks unload in 10-15 minutes and get back on the route instead of waiting on a hand-raked bar screen. You can put the screen on your own pad or depot, close to where you pump, and trailer-mount it to follow the work. Trash comes off compacted and dewatered, so you stop hauling water.

For plants. Screen hauled waste before it reaches pumps and headworks. The Muckraker runs on a single-phase 240V, 50A RV-style hookup, so there is no three-phase power run, and it can be paired with access-control equipment a plant already has.
