Efficient Wastewater Management with the Muckraker System
VibraWaste is engineered for operators who understand the operational and economic limits of traditional wastewater disposal, and are ready to move beyond them. As municipal treatment capacity tightens, disposal rates rise, and permitting for land application becomes increasingly restrictive due to PFAS and regulatory pressure, relying on third-party infrastructure is no longer a viable business model. VibraWaste champions vertical integration through operator-owned wastewater processing, anchored by the CleanWater Farm concept and powered by our flagship system, the Muckraker.

The Muckraker
The Muckraker: Wastewater Treatment & Screening Systems
The Muckraker is a high-capacity, automated screening system designed to process up to 400 gallons per minute of septage, blackwater, greywater, and industrial wastewater. Using a vibrating perforated basket and integrated auger compression, the system continuously separates trash and debris larger than 3/16 inch, compacts the captured material to meet landfill requirements, and returns screened liquid to storage or downstream treatment. This design eliminates manual bar-screen labor, dramatically reduces unload times, and minimizes excess water retained in trash and debris, cutting disposal fees and increasing daily truck throughput.
| Screen type | Vibrating perforated-basket screener |

| Power | Single-phase 240V RV plug |
CleanWater Farm
Innovative Screening Solutions for Cleaner Water
When deployed as a core component of a CleanWater Farm, the Muckraker enables operators to take full control of their disposal logistics. Trucks unload faster, idle time is eliminated, overtime is reduced, and capacity scales with demand, not municipal schedules. Waste streams that once produced multiple heavy, water-laden bags of trash and debris are reduced to a fraction of the size and weight, improving handling safety and lowering hauling and tipping costs. The result is a closed-loop, operator-controlled system that converts wastewater disposal from a cost center into a managed, predictable operation.
Streamlining Waste Hauler Operations
VibraWaste solutions are not theoretical. They are built by industry professionals solving real-world constraints. Our systems are designed for continuous operation, regulatory compliance, and long-term durability in demanding environments. For operators looking to protect margins, simplify logistics, and future-proof their business against tightening disposal options, building a CleanWater Farm with VibraWaste and the Muckraker is an efficient, scalable path forward.

FAQ
What is the Muckraker?
The Muckraker is VibraWaste's high-capacity vibrating perforated-basket screener with integrated auger compression. It processes up to 400 GPM of septage, blackwater, greywater, and industrial wastewater at the receiving station, separating trash and debris larger than 3/16 inch and compacting solids so they can meet landfill paint filter requirements when properly operated.
What is a CleanWater Farm?
CleanWater Farm is VibraWaste's operator-owned wastewater processing concept. With the Muckraker as the core machine, operators control disposal logistics: faster truck unloading, less idle time, and capacity that scales with demand rather than municipal schedules.
Where is VibraWaste located?
VibraWaste is at 4149 Cook Rd #1, Bentonville, AR 72713, in Northwest Arkansas. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday are closed. Area served includes Bentonville ZIP codes 72713, 72712, and 72716.
Does VibraWaste offer equipment financing?
Yes. VibraWaste partners with DealerDog for Muckraker equipment financing. The application uses a soft credit pull so checking options does not affect your credit score. Contact Jon Jouvenaux, Founder and President, at jon@vibrawaste.com or 479-425-1307.
What kind of power does the Muckraker need?
A single-phase 240V RV plug. Most receiving stations that need electric want three-phase 480V, which is hard to get outside industrial zones. The Muckraker uses a common RV outlet, so operators avoid that install hurdle and the cost of running three-phase.
